We deliver Monday - Saturday, excluding Public & Bank Holidays.
We use all reasonable means to ensure your order is delivered within the specified time frames, unfortunately, some deliveries may take a little longer.
A signature may be required
Any items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you would like to exchange your item please contact us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
